You can use the Design Manager with devices in the Xilinx Spartan^™, SpartanXL^™, Virtex^™, XC3000A^™, XC3000L^™, XC3100A^™, XC3100L^™, XC4000E^™, XC4000EX^™, XC4000L^™, XC4000XL^™, X4000XLA^™, XC4000XV^™, XC5200^™, XC9500^™, or XC9500XL^™ subfamilies. The Spartan, Virtex, XC3000, XC4000, and XC5200 families compose the FPGA families. The XC9500 families compose the CPLD families.
